Cutmas tokens not dropping
I received my first token yesterday. I have logged into the game many times since reset and I did not receive a CUTMAS token.
Do I need to start a case or is this a widespread issue?

I didn't get my 7th token today. Logged out and back in multiple times and it has not dropped. Objective is checked as complete.
The 7th token dropped yesterday on the 24th. The first dropped on the 18th.
Just saw the card you get for 7 tokens and it is a joke. Just traded in my 6 tokens for packs.
