Disappeared-Fraternity Upgrade Token

so i completed all the pledge house challenges and was awarded the upgrade token, put it on and off some different players to see who i wanted to keep it on, then book it disappeared. Now when i click on the slot to put it on a player the attatched picture shows up saying that message. It also no longer shows up in my item binder.
