Disconnecting from head to head matches in CUT college football 25

I am disconnecting from about 60-70% of my head-to-head matches in Ultimate Team mode in NCAA Football 25. I am on Xbox X. I always disconnect at the beginning of the game, when the players top three cards are being shown. It glitches on my cards and then it says "you have been disconnected." I am beyond frustrated. Here are the things that I have tried:

- Wired connection

- Hard reset of Xbox.

- Reset of Router and Modem.

- Changed Xbox DNS to Google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

None of this works. I am still disconnecting. 

I don't disconnect from any other Xbox games (Apex, Call of Duty, etc.). It's specifically college football. And I hate it because I love the game, but I can't play ultimate team because everytime I disconnect from H2H matchmaking, I get a loss. 

Any ideas? Should I try Port Forwarding? I couldn't find anything about Port Forwarding for college football. Any help is much, much appreciated.
