EA Can't Resolve Any Issues for Months because the "TOOL" is broken
Done with this company. I've had several cases open with EA since October. I patiently answer all their questions, provide all the documentation they ask for (screenshots, etc.), then told they are looking into it. Wait, wait, wait. EA advisor comes back, states they are aware of the issue, sorry, they can't help right now, please check back in 72 hours, the "TOOL" is broken.
Keep checking back, now it's been 3 months. Provide everything again. Told, sorry, but we are only allowed to provide "make rights" for a month, then told, the "TOOL" is broken and that I will have to keep checking back,

If you KNOW the TOOL is broken, why even make anyone go through all the steps? You already know you can't help them. Just say that up front or post on the site. "The Tool is broken, we are not able to help anyone."
