EA customer support

Just a shout out to EA support,

   I’ve dealt with them three times over the past couple days and every single time It’s been such a pleasant interaction and I just wanted to shout out vijay and harsh.  You guys provided a great experience that I am appreciative of.

    Well tell me how you did that cos I find this site user unfriendly .. my problem isnt even listed so I cant just 'click on any box' to have some1 look at the prob!
