EA Play Member Rewards for College Football 25 Not Appearing in Game

I know this may seem late, but I just realized I should have been receiving monthly EA Play loyalty rewards for College Football 25 and have not been. I reached out to EA support and they told me to post something here. I have restarted the game and console multiple times and have never received anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Same. They even advertised on the home screen at the beginning of the month to "Log into ultimate team and find your free EA play bonus pack in the unopened packs section". Never received it or any other "Monthly" rewards. And when I told customer support, they asked me to send screen shots of the promotion before abruptly ending the chat.
