Earned content missing
I won a national championship game in head to head squads. But after an undefeated season I never got my national championship pack or red zone pack. Which was very inconvenient.

I would recommend reaching out to our support to take a further look at any missing rewards.
- Go to the EA Help homepage.
- Select College Football 25
- Select the "See all help topics"
- Select the option I'm looking for something I earned
- You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
