Error when trying to do CFB playoff challenges

When will this be fixed

I have this same issue. I also was not given a cutmas token on the second day

Once again we are the play testers! 

Same thing happened to me.  Also to include, I completed the Bowl Legends challenges.  I got the 87+ and 90 packs, but when I open them the game reads "ERROR"  and kicks me back to the home screen.

Yup I’m having the same problem. I earned two reward packs from the challenges and I get booted to the main menu every time I try to open them. I wish they cared about fixing these glitches as much as they cared about fixing the glitch that was giving out LTDs every pull. 

I got these to work by having the cpu generate the best lineup and making no changes to it. The packed are still glitched. 

So I think someone already answered this but I found that if you make a brand new lineup it will let you do the challenges however when you play the challenges whatever team you're playing as you play as that lineup instead of your ultimate team lineup.
