Error when trying to do CFB playoff challenges

I just got done going through all the standard steps with "Yash" in support who has advised they are sending this on to the working team. This is ridiculous... Spend the amount of $ on a game and the time it takes to be vested... I am seriously considering filing a complaint with the BBB or a potential small claims court case. Class action anyone?!?
@Nevarc39 Something needs to get done. If you complain about them not making a quality product they start crying that you're bullying them. They do nothing to fix the problems
I'm pretty sure since the cfp and nightmare promos are over those challenges are finished, just no one at ea thought to take them down cuz that would involve some sort of work to be done. Not their strong suit
First do a 15 second power cycle. Then make sure all quick resumes are voided. Finally, genrate best lineup by default action and it should work.
