Field General QB RTG Can’t Upgrade Short Accuracy

I wanted to create a Brady/Peyton-esque quarterback for RTG, but for some reason, the Field General archetype has Medium Accuracy listed twice under the accuracy attribute. As a result, Short Accuracy isn’t listed at all and can’t be upgraded. I’m not sure how this oversight has been in the game for so long.
