Hey guys, I need help!! Missing packs

Earlier this morning I reached level 8 in “scores skirmish” and didn’t receive the 93+ pack reward.
I then reached out to chat with EA but their advise was unhelpful. So they pointed me here. Apparently I have several packs that I never received. Please see screenshots attached.

Same what the **bleep**,all the **bleep** that ea **bleep**s up on since this game was released any other business would be **bleep**ed, I'm going to call better business bureau, **bleep** EA nothing pisses me off more in life than EA **bleep**ing me over for the 87 hundredth time ,
