How do I get my On the Clock bonus in College Football 25 and Madden NFL 25?

EA_Kent​ I got my mut packs I DID NOT get the option pack in cut. I was here yesterday. My gamertag is stayblazin1620 on Xbox series x. I know I preordered the mvp bundle as well at 5 pm
