How do I get my On the Clock bonus in College Football 25 and Madden NFL 25?

Happy Draft day, football fans!

If you’ve preordered the MVP Bundle, and you’re looking for more info on how to claim your On the Clock Travis Hunter, we’ve got you covered. Read on for more info.

College Football 25:

You should see the On the Clock pack added to your account in College Football 25 after you pre-order the MVP Bundle.

When you open the pack, you’ll be able to choose the position you want for Travis Hunter. Keep in mind, this choice is final.

Madden NFL 25:

When you pre-order the MVP Bundle you’ll see an On the Clock token added to your account in Madden NFL 25.

You’ll be able to redeem this token to claim the Travis Hunter item starting on April 25th at approximately 1:30pm Eastern Time.

Please also note that the On the Clock bonus reward is only available until the 29th of April. You will not be able to receive this item if you pre-order the MVP Bundle after the 29th.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for being patient with us while we've been looking into this. I know it's been a while since our last update, and I apologize for that. I wanted to follow up here with some news.

For those of you who weren't seeing the On the Clock bonus on your account, can you log in and take another look when you've got the chance? We recently heard that it might have been pushed through for those who weren't seeing it before.

EA_Kent I received my CFB bonus content, but I have not received the On The Clock Draft token in MUT 25. I contacted EA Help and they told me to contact XBOX support. Is that correct? XBOX support can help resolve missing content from a game?

EA_Kent Where. is. my. Travis. Hunter. pack?
This has been a PAINFULLY UNACCEPTABLE experience... I will wait 1 more week - if I don't receive the content that I am paying for by next Sunday, I will promptly be cancelling my "NFL 26/CFB 26 - MVP Bundle" pre-order. I have been patiently waiting for FAR too much time now - given that this is a known issue. Where is the communication? Where is the fix? How much longer is this content expected to be missing, and WHY is it missing in the first place?
Sorry, but this issue is clearly far from being "solved" - as it presently stands...

EA_Kent I was just told that "everyone" has received their "On The Clock" pack by a support representative: "Ronina R." How is that the case when I am still missing MINE? I pre-ordered in time - WELL BEFORE the deadline... I have proof of purchase, to back up my claims!
What is keeping EA from giving me what I am paying for? I cannot stress how unacceptable this customer "service" experience has been! Why is "we can't do anything on our end" being given as a suitable answer? The reality is that this COULD be fixed - but that would require EA going the extra mile for those affected, and we consumer's ALL know EA's reputation when it comes to going "above and beyond" in their business practices...
I recognize that social media managers and EA Help reps can only do so much, I don't blame any of them for this. That being said, do YOU (and reps like Ronina) not have a responsibility to hold the team that COULD fix this accountable and/or to bring concerns, such a mine, to them consistently? Ronina tells me that "everyone" who ordered this content received it already. I am telling YOU - and by extension (hopefully) the involved team - that such a claim is blatantly untrue. As long as I do not have this content, "everyone" does not have it - EA needs to do better...

EA_Kent Still waiting on my "On The Clock" for Madden 25 - I've reported to EA help and provided all the necessary screenshots of my account and proof of purchase within the timeframe of the MVP pack. Still no resolution. Like other posters, the EA Help team keeps telling me that it has been resolved for everyone. Any help to make sure that the powers that be KNOW that this isn't resolved for every user would be much appreciated. Thank you.
