I am trying to purchase an ultimate team pack but am receiving an error stating "An issue has occurred, please try again later. Contact Customer Service if the issue continues to occur."
I recently purchased more points to buy a pack, tried to buy a pack and received this error. After several days of trying again later, I am still unable to do so. It’s been over a week
You'd probably have better luck if you changed the title to "I'm unable to spend $ to buy points in the marketplace" 😆 lost revenue is probably a much higher priority than CSAT issues. Sorry for the sarcasm, it's directed at EA, not you. Hope they get it sorted for you!
I have this problem all the time, just trying to open a booster pack or a coin pack.
I worked with customer service for days on this. I was not able to make the purchase I wanted in the timeframe I wanted. Ended up getting something else, and it was all trash.
I eventually was told it is a bug, and they fixed it. I tried again, and it worked.
Now, it's happening again.
It&s sad, it feels like bait & switch.
The last time I wrote EA, they said I had to go through Microsoft. Ridiculous
