How to get a refund

Ea needs to refund all of our purchases!!!! This is outrageous and borderline criminal! Give us our money back!

    @BonelessToast Yes this is criminal at this point. I’ve spent hundreds on packs and I’ve literally never pulled anything. Finally get level 50 and open the season 2 offer pack….. 86 ovr Mark Andrew from season 1…. Wasted $220k on a player from season one that sells for $32k
