Community ManagerKent, cool video, takes care of the basics, but I have a few more advanced questions. Besides selling players for "Training Points" how else can we earn training points. I have sold about 40-50 lower rated cards and have barely broke 100 points.
I also noticed a lot of people were glitched/gifted some awesome cards and are now selling them for 900,000+ coins. Why can't everyone who did not get in on that window get a chance at 1 of the cards? I work a full time job so I can't be on the PS5 all day like others, but as a UofM fan would have loved the Will Johnson card but man I do not get in enough time to get 900,000+ coins.
Also who do we report bugs to? I had a few games end in Solo Battles because the EA server went down and when it came back up they counted as a loss despite me being way ahead of the bot team. I also have some videos of other glitches, I got a safety against Auburn, but because it was 4th down I did not get the 2 points and for some reason Auburn punted from the goal line.
