I appealed my permanent ban? Could they reinstate it.

So, I was banned for coin distribution. I have had the game since it came out but didn’t have the money for EA premium. That put me behind everyone in UT because of the XP glitch that allowed users to benefit big time. I watch a ton of comment creators on YouTube and see them promoting places to buy coins. They even give discount codes. These are the same creators that have got early access from EA, so I assumed it wasn’t against the rules. This is my first time ever playing UT on any sports game, so I am still learning the ins and outs. Nowhere did I see a policy where you couldn’t buy coins. I assumed since many EA recognized content creators promote these websites, it was EAs way to support buying coins, instead of points. I did it once and was permanently banned and my coins wiped. I understand wiping my coins. The permanent ban without warning is what has me upset. Especially when I have spent $300 in the last month on packs and bought the game early. All my cards I earned was through grinding and buying the game early. I’ve done a lot of research and see people bragging about how they only got their coins whipped and plan on doing it again, in smaller purchases. Obviously didn’t learn their lesson. Mine was truly an honest mistake because I didn’t see anywhere in the user agreement about buying coins. Especially since many content creators post it.

Is there any way if I’m sincere and admit my faults, while promising to never try that again, I can get it unbanned? Like I said, I only participated once and never would have done it if there was a warning that was easy to find in the user agreement. I know that’s no excuse and rules are rules but I don’t think a ban forever without zero warnings, is worth that at all. My team is literally only an 80 OVR. UT is my favorite game mode and now that is taken away, I probably won’t be playing the game anymore. Meaning not spending money at the store. We all make honest mistakes and deserve second chances. I attached a pic from someone who is boasting about buying a million coins and all he got was his coins taken, which only 5k were left. The next pic is my permanent ban. No warning, suspension, or just coin wipe. I immediately get  banned forever buying 300k coins.

  • I know. I just didn’t know if it’s possible for bans to be overturned if you admit you broke the rule because you didn’t know it was a rule. I see bans overturned for being wrongly accused but I literally made one mistake and didn’t even get a warning. That’s like giving someone who doesn’t know the difference between right and wrong, life in prison. I don’t even believe in 3 strikes. I believe one  everyone should get a chance to learn from their mistakes.
