I didnt get my rewards from the nightmares forge challenge

I finished all of the challenges for the nightmares forge program but didnt get my 88+ bnd pack. Anyone have a solution for that? I am also having another issue where the game does not allow me to pl...

Yet another glitch, I feel like I message EA Help  and post too many of these. 

CFB25 Nightmares - Waking Nightmare - Glitch when I go to play the very first challenge, “The Day of the Big Game” it glitches and I get an error message and sent all the way back out of Ultimate Team to the main CFB25 Main Menu. Nightmares has been out for a while how is this still glitching on 1/2/2025?
