I bought a Store Rush CFP Touchdown pack Saturday December 29th about 7:40pm. I opened the pack to find several good cards including a 94 OVR DK Metcalf. Then when going to quick sell one of the weaker cards in the pack, I received a server error. The cards then all disappeared from my item list.
I have contact EA Help several times, each time they have become less responsive and have not done anything to fix the issue. They even acknowledge their records show that the pack contained those players and that they disappeared.
Has anyone else had this issue? Can EA please give my cards back? It is even worse that it was bought in the store.
