Issue with earned skill points

@poiter54 Yeah I feel my first RTG character is gimped still sitting at 82 OVR in Senior year because of the skill point issue. Will be lucky to hit 84/85 and no shot at Heisman with that low of skills. I know there was an exploit that gave 100 skill points but its a single player mode they didnt need to turn off skill points until they fix it just let the skill points flow till its fixed, way more fun than no skills at all!
