Lack of Energy In Road to Glory
I hate that we only get 6 energy per week in RTG. I get that it's supposed to be one for every day leading up to that week's game, but the lack of advancement on the weekly bars is ridiculous. I played college football for Coastal Carolina and let me say that in my HS days and college days there 3 types of guys.
1.) Gym rats/hungry for a W or playing time:
Guys like this were always on the field early and left late. Hit the gym daily, ran track daily, ate ungodly amounts of protein, practically never slept but always kept improving
2.) Leaders/social butterfly
These guys are the heart and soul of the team. Everyone looks up to them, comes to them for help, were out making connections trying to get scouts from higher tier D1 schools to give them a chance. Everyone liked being around them and their leadership cemented offense and defense
3.) Bookworm
These guys put as much effort into school as they did on the field. They knew they needed to pass classes and were smart enough to know they'd need a career to fall back on since they've got a 1% chance of going pro.
We've got limited energy per week, why not make mental archetypes to pick from that boost your weekly agenda performance? Make me actually want to do something on the agenda besides healing and just enough academics to not go below 2.0 and put literally everything else in training. I mean we don't get enough SP as it is so why bother with anything else on the weekly agenda?
The gym rat would get more results from training or it would take less energy. Leaders would get the same for the leadership bar and so would brand. And the same goes for academics. There's obvious other buffs that could be added like higher chances of passing tests, lower chance of composure loss, temporary extra xp per game, etc.
I feel like this should be a part of RTG to make the weekly agenda better.
