Legends Opportunity Bundle Attempt 2

So I posted before… to be frank, I purchased the $100 legends opportunity bundle and did not get what was promised. 

for the topper, which quite literally states “94+ OVR legends player” I received the season 4 Joshua gray card, which cannot be sold for coins due to it being oversaturated on the market. 

and to make it worse, in 2 of the opportunity packs I got the same Joshua Gray card. For those, sure, I can understand because it does state “may contain season 4 players” but in my opinion that is absolutely ridiculous that I pulled the SAME card multiple times. And it wasn’t even a legends player.. I didn’t purchase a legends bundle to get season 4 players ahahaha. I’m ashamed, I spent multiple hours on ea support trying to explain but had no luck. Also reached out to “EA Kyle” and had no luck. I literally just want compensated because I spent $100 on the dang game. Someone help
