Losses without playing in championship game

For the 5th time I have been given a loss in the playoffs and once in the championship game without even playing. No consistent errors.

Will EA do anything to compensate for this? I spend hours just to have to start over without even playing. Game doesn't give the same error different error Everytime.
Once again stuck watching replay and fouling out because I can't pick a play. 2nd national championship I lose without playing.
