Memory and Story Tokens
How do I use memory and story tokens. The Legends: Heisman Moments 88 and 89 overall sets say I can exchange the tokens instead of using players but doesn't give me an option to use the tokens I have.

I can’t find anything on memory tokens, almost like you’re just supposed to know how they work? I see they can be used in sets but is that all they’re used for? If that is in fact all they’re used for, then why are they called memory tokens?
