Missing 87 OVR ICYMI pack player

I purchased points to get the ICYMI Booster pack and I pulled 87 OVR Patrick Surtain II among other players I quick sold. When I went to my item binder Surtain was not there. I reset my console and restarted my game only to see Surtain was still not in my binder and I was given 700 coins for “customer service grant”. I want the player I am owed or my money back.
