Missing challenges on Ultimate Team

Hello I need recommendations on some missing challenges in ultimate team.  Note all the challenges I currently have are completed with all stars.  I initially had the trial then I bought the disk last month from Amazon.  It’s on a PS5.

i attached pictures I am missing 30 challenges from the legends once upon a time and only have ultimate team 101,ultimate team 201, legends heisman moments, offensive and defensive trials.  I am definitely missing 30 challenges from legends but idk if there are other challenges not showing up.  Can someone clarify?  Thank you very much
