I am missing my Conference Stories challenges. It says 9/10 challenges complete but there isn't a 10 challenge for me to complete. If this is something wrong with the game, please let me know. If not...

My field pass has been stuck at level 20 with 14700 and no more going to it..I've been playing challenges and my daily and it was working and it just stopped...and anyone else missing stars in the challenges like for ex...the ultimate alumni challenges I am at 30/40 with nothing else to do..same as conference stories 27/30
I too am having this same issue after playing all my challenges and house rules, touchdown tango and OT Rules..ALL DAY and no leveling up in field pass I was stuck at level 19.
