Missing Large Locker

I used trophies to open a large locker and I never received the large locker. It took my trophies and I was unable to ever actually open the pack. I talked to 2 support people and they both told me that there is a pack on my account they can see but I never received the player for it.  I was told to post the issue in here while i wait for it to be reviewed.
