Bro literally jus happened to me yesterday you find out what happened?
My case just says “no fix”. The support agent helping me said it happened to him with another card and it took a week to get fixed. But told me it’s not 100% I’ll get the card back. I guess you gotta work for ea to get things done huh?
Happened to me Christmas Day. 95 alpha khan from store rush pack. Got the same run around that ea can’t help just report the bug to the forum. What a joke.
- @KingDot5 You need to upvote this thread to get more ea folks involved on it. Open case and show them this thread. Copy and paste the link. Apparently they won’t help any of us if it’s not happening to multiple people.
We need the thread to gain as much traction as we can, it isn’t fair to us consumers to pay for things and not receive them
Yet again ea chat team has told me that only the devs can help us. So ea development team, have you even looked into our cases?
if we were content streamers or ea employees I bet we wouldn’t still be waiting for answers after multiple days.
