Still no fix, case now says “closed” and “no fix”. I’m guessing they just got away with taking my money and not giving me what I paid for. It’s a shame there’s multiple reports of it and they have “no fix”. Hope you get your card along with anyone else that has to deal with it
I’d open another case citing the existing case you have to further chat with someone. Comment with a link to this thread notifying them that multiple people have or are having the same issue.
