Missing player
Purchased some Rush packs and pulled a LTD 95 Reggie Bush, kept opening some packs and when I went to my line up he wasn’t there to add to my starting lineup, went to my items and the card isn’t ther...
Right. And not too mention while either way I want the player I’m owed, by the time I get him he will be a 4th stringer. Meanwhile I could be using him to continue to play and get more coins and such to open more packs.
this has drastically impacted my hard work and time investment almost feels wasted at this point.
That’s the exact thing I told the first rep I spoke to, by the time I get it, IF I get it, the card will most likely be useless and worth nothing in auction as well.
Plenty of wasted time amongst the chat team as well. If they can’t help us and the only advice they can give is to have us report these “bugs” to the forum what’s the point in having the chat system in the first place? I understand there are other issues but there needs to be quick solutions. It’s a multi million dollar program, there should be a job specific team to help with cases like ours.
Spent nearly 2 hours with ea help chat just now to have the help agent end the chat mid conversation. Ea needs to take care of this I’m furious now.
Yea I’ve had that happen a couple times now. EA, do you plan on helping your customers or just leaving us cheated out of what we are missing?
Day 5 for myself with still no resolution. Ea chat people have abruptly ended conversations with me after having answerable questions. Telling me they can see who I had in the pack but only giving me one name instead of 2. Atrocious customer service. When will ea make it right.
I’ve given 5 days in a row now to find help only to have my questions continue to go unanswered and basically told they can’t do anything to help.
still can’t open a pack I have, still can’t play CFP challenges. Almost feels like they just put a bug in my game to try and shut me up. I won’t quit.
The first 20 minutes of every chat is the same for me each time. They ask the same questions, act is if they’re going to help and end up just going in circles for them to disconnect on me claiming they can’t validate my information ??
Yupp. Same thing for me every time. I’ll continue to chat with them everyday until the situation is made right. Ea, when will you make these situations right and stop cheating your players?
Going on 6 days for my specific situation. Where are our answers ea? Make things right so we can enjoy your titles.
Going to attempt another chat today. Hopefully I can get some answers for once.
