Same thing happened to me. I saved the video on PS5, EA wouldn't let me upload it, they said the video was too big. Chats have been no help and the people in here have no power to help us. I'm surprised one of them hasn't popped on and told you that yet. Looks like we consumers once again get the shaft.
Please post your situation on this thread ( https://answers.ea.com/t5/College-Ultimate-Team/Missing-player/m-p/14352316#M3701 ) so we get more people with this issue on it. We need the devs to take notice
