I logged on, got my welcome pack, and then in my pack it only contained the UT tip. Not the player. Would really like to make use of my tokens.

I went through their EA Help twitter account, had a chat log, then got redirected here as they said “many players are facing this issue, make a forum post for better support”
And I haven’t heard a word since. I shall keep trying. I hope they can help you too
- @TheRealOGnick Quick update for people wondering. I’ve spoken with another specialist, and they said they are currently working on giving everyone who’s missing Xavier the player. I wasn’t able to get a time frame but they said they are currently working on fixing it. My suggestion is just grind out the tokens. And hopefully by the end of the week we are all good.
- @TheRealOGnick Final update: I played a heisman solo seasons challenge game, finished it, and he was there waiting for me. Hope everyone got him too!
I messaged support yesterday and they told me they were working on it diligently. I’ve played so many challenge games and have yet to get the card. Did it just pop up in your item binder after the game?
