I received the pack that was supposed to contain Xavier Restrepo. I only got the tip in that pack. Ea has not been much help. Please help.

I played all my Champs games and a season of reg season and only seen 1 other person with maxed out restrepo, to have the fastest offensive player for free and not do it is crazy but you will work 40 hours at a job you dislike to pay $200 on packs with a low chance of getting anything great

I am also missing the Restrepo card in my item binder. Can any game dev help me?

It’s been 2 weeks since the release of Xavier Restrepo and I still have not been able to get him. I have tried to contact EA and they never give me an answer. I have been doing the upgrade tokens in hopes of them releasing his card with the token for the players who have not gad him but still no good. Hoping to see if someone can help.

- jahf0rce1 year agoRising Veteran@ce79d71778328485 If you have still not received the Xavier Restrepo card, EA support has advised that you need to open a ticket at EA Help. I spoke with a representative, Vipin, who was extremely helpful. Vipin said that EA does consider this issue resolved.
Vipin said that all users who have yet to receive the card will need to open a ticket at EA help and reference case number: 192728452
This will let EA Devs know that the issue isn't resolved for everyone.

Thank you very much for the information @jahf0rce. The only issue is I have trouble trying to open a ticket. Would you be able to help me with the steps to open one up?

My Xavier Restrepo Grant has yet to be delivered. I spoke to EA help today and they said the issue was fixed but I still have not received him.
- jahf0rce1 year agoRising Veteran@FastFalcon43 I re-open my case every couple of days at EA Help to let them know I haven't received it still. Helps if you have screenshots showing you do not have the card in your item binder.
I'm sure EA can see that we do not have the card. While I was on the chat with EA help on Friday, they told me exactly when I opened certain packs and what cards I pulled.- 1 year ago

Same here and I was told by support it's to late to add the pack now.
They will sure take our money but could care less if we have a good game experience or not.

Spoke to EA Help again. Just need to keep reporting and posting, up voting, etc on the forum here for it to get any attention from devs.
