I logged on, got my welcome pack, and then in my pack it only contained the UT tip. Not the player. Would really like to make use of my tokens.

@TheRealOGnick Quick update for people wondering. I’ve spoken with another specialist, and they said they are currently working on giving everyone who’s missing Xavier the player. I wasn’t able to get a time frame but they said they are currently working on fixing it. My suggestion is just grind out the tokens. And hopefully by the end of the week we are all good.
