I logged on, got my welcome pack, and then in my pack it only contained the UT tip. Not the player. Would really like to make use of my tokens.

@TheRealOGnick Final update: I played a heisman solo seasons challenge game, finished it, and he was there waiting for me. Hope everyone got him too!
I messaged support yesterday and they told me they were working on it diligently. I’ve played so many challenge games and have yet to get the card. Did it just pop up in your item binder after the game?

- @SlySimmons For me it showed up as a reward from a customer service grant when I went into ultimate yesterday afternoon.

- @Jazzjackson05 If you have still not received the Xavier Restrepo card, EA support has advised that you need to open a ticket at EA Help. I spoke with a representative, Vipin, who was extremely helpful. Vipin said that EA does consider this issue resolved.
Vipin said that all users who have yet to receive the card will need to open a ticket at EA help and reference case number: 192728452
This will let EA Devs know that the issue isn't resolved for everyone.
