Summarize your bug I never received the Heisman Hopeful card Xavier Restrepo from the Welcome pack. I only received the UT Tip in the welcome pack. My PSN is SlySimmons. I want to grind the challenge but don’t want to waste time if I never get the card. Please help.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Opening the UT Heisman Hopeful Welcome Pack.
What happens when the bug occurs? Only the UT tip is in the pack,
What do you expect to see? The Xavier Restrepo card.
EA please help me out. I want the card very badly so I can grind the challenge.

Summarize your bug In the Heisman Hustle solo season campaign, the listed rewards for getting 7 wins are an upgrade token for Restrepo, and a 86+ BND pack. I receive the upgrade tokens perfectly fine, but the packs open up as empty. My homepage lists 5 unopened packs, all from this event, but when I select the unopened pack icon, the next screen says I have no packs. But the homepage still shows 5 unopened.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Confirm what the rewards should be from completing the challenge, or why I am receiving inaccessible packs.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I receive the 7 win rewards for the Heisman Hustle event, the 86+ BND pack is empty. It shows on the homepage as unopened, but then the unopened pack page indicates there is nothing there, despite the homepage notification.
What do you expect to see? Rewards from an 86+ BND pack
