It would be great is someone who is a moderator on this board could let EA DEVS know that not everyone has received their Xavier Restrepo card. I recently chatted with EA Help about my case I have open and this was the response:
"As I checked with my team got an update that the issue has been resolved and the affected player already received the makegoods. And this was resolved on 22nd October and if you haven't received the makegoods then that means you are not eligible for this. And unfortunately, from our end there is no option to add any pack."
It is clear that not everyone has received their card.
Any updates and help would be greatly appreciated.

- @longbranch96 If you have still not received the Xavier Restrepo card, EA support has advised that you need to open a ticket at EA Help. I spoke with a representative, Vipin, who was extremely helpful. Vipin said that EA does consider this issue resolved.
Vipin said that all users who have yet to receive the card will need to open a ticket at EA help and reference case number: 192728452
This will let EA Devs know that the issue isn't resolved for everyone.
