Summarize your bug I never received the Heisman Hopeful card Xavier Restrepo from the Welcome pack. I only received the UT Tip in the welcome pack. My PSN is SlySimmons. I want to grind the challenge but don’t want to waste time if I never get the card. Please help.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Opening the UT Heisman Hopeful Welcome Pack.
What happens when the bug occurs? Only the UT tip is in the pack,
What do you expect to see? The Xavier Restrepo card.
EA please help me out. I want the card very badly so I can grind the challenge.
I am missing my Xavier Restrepo player card and I have seven upgrade cards. Can you (ea) do something about it to put that card in my account.

- @DAFOUSHMAN01 If you have still not received the Xavier Restrepo card, EA support has advised that you need to open a ticket at EA Help. I spoke with a representative, Vipin, who was extremely helpful. Vipin said that EA does consider this issue resolved.
Vipin said that all users who have yet to receive the card will need to open a ticket at EA help and reference case number: 192728452
This will let EA Devs know that the issue isn't resolved for everyone.

jahforceI haven’t either. I’ve been grinding for a month and they won’t give me the card!

The only way EA will continue to know it isn't resolved for everyone is for people to open bug reports on this forum and ME TOO any other ones that are open. You can also open a case at EA HELP.
