I am missing my Xavier Restrepo player card and I have seven upgrade cards. Can you (ea) do something about it to put that card in my account.

@DAFOUSHMAN01 If you have still not received the Xavier Restrepo card, EA support has advised that you need to open a ticket at EA Help. I spoke with a representative, Vipin, who was extremely helpful. Vipin said that EA does consider this issue resolved.
Vipin said that all users who have yet to receive the card will need to open a ticket at EA help and reference case number: 192728452
This will let EA Devs know that the issue isn't resolved for everyone.

I haven’t either. I’ve been grinding for a month and they won’t give me the card!

The only way EA will continue to know it isn't resolved for everyone is for people to open bug reports on this forum and ME TOO any other ones that are open. You can also open a case at EA HELP.
