I am still missing Xavier Restrepo as of 11/2. Was told by an advisor to post a new ticket in the forums. Xbox gamertag is oSnapItsThanos
- @aamnedas If you have still not received the Xavier Restrepo card, EA support has advised that you need to open a ticket at EA Help. I spoke with a representative, Vipin, who was extremely helpful. Vipin said that EA does consider this issue resolved.
Vipin said that all users who have yet to receive the card will need to open a ticket at EA help and reference case number: 192728452
This will let EA Devs know that the issue isn't resolved for everyone.

jahforceThe advisor I spoke to told me to post here, as they cannot give out the card. Still haven’t heard anything even after posting here. I’ve talked to 4 advisors at this point
