@ce79d71778328485 If you have still not received the Xavier Restrepo card, EA support has advised that you need to open a ticket at EA Help. I spoke with a representative, Vipin, who was extremely helpful. Vipin said that EA does consider this issue resolved.
Vipin said that all users who have yet to receive the card will need to open a ticket at EA help and reference case number: 192728452
This will let EA Devs know that the issue isn't resolved for everyone.

I have a similar problems with 91 Ryan Williams, can you explain to me how to get the ticket. I already talked with ea help but have not been able to get a hold of a developer.
- @KiddoGMS14 I'd follow the steps I provided to above or below depending on how the forum organized the replies. 🙂 Just replace Xavier Restrepo with Ryan Williams.
Did you buy the card in the auction house or earn it in a pack?

- @KiddoGMS14 Question - Can you see it in your Auction Bids section still? Auctions you won or lost usually stay in that section for at least a week or two.
I would follow the instructions I placed above and select "I'm looking for something I bought"
