Latest update from chatting with EA Help. (I'm going to contact them every few days 🙂 )
"I've throughly checked it and I see it was a known issue and was fixed by the game studio end almost 12 days ago and the game studio have updated that the affected players have been credited the make good for the issue. I see then some of the players have reported that they have not received the make goods and I see your case is also reported few days ago and our game teams will recheck these accounts and if they found that the account are eligible and have not received the make good, they may add it directly and update it from their end to affected accounts."
Hopefully EA Devs are doing this. I again ask that if any players have still not received their Restrepo card, to please go to EA HELP and open a case. The more end users who alert them that it isn't fixed for them, the better chance we have of getting the card we are all entitled to.

Update: Still haven't received the Xavier Restrepo card. EA Support continues to say that EA Devs are working on making sure everyone gets the card. Please continue to open cases at EA help if you have not received your card.

Monday update - EA help continues to report that EA Devs consider this issue resolved. They said that people need to continue to open tickets and select ME TOO on any of the Xavier Restrepo threads here on the forum.
The only way EA will look at this again is if people continue to report.

Spoke to EA Help again, (I reopen my case every morning) - Always different people, but they are really nice and trying to help. The message they are told consistently is that the "issue is resolved for all players on October 22" - obviously that is not the case. Today I was told this:
From EA Help: "Thank you for staying connected. As I have checked that it was the known issue earlier and now it is resolved. But do not worry, as you are still facing the issue with CFB 25 pack, I would request you to kindly report it on our social forum as a bug. Our community manger will look into it and resolve the issue. Our community manger will revert you back on your post with further updates."
So, I keep opening new bug reports until I get a response.

Spoke to EA Help again. Just need to keep reporting and posting, up voting, etc on the forum here for it to get any attention from devs.
