How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my game logs and you will see that I do not have and have never had the card.
What happens when the bug occurs? do not receive the Xavier Restrepo card
What do you expect to see? The FREE Heisman Hopeful upgradeable Xavier Restrepo card.
EA - The bug has NOT been fixed for all players. Please reopen your bug ticket and fix for all.
@EA_Barry Can you or another moderator please give us an update on the missing Xavier Restrepo card? EA Help continues to tell us to post here and a forum moderator will give us updates.
There are many of us that have still not received the Xavier Restrepo card.

Daily reply to keep this pushed up to the top. 🙂 Still have not received the Restrepo card. Spoke with EA help again today. They say it is still under investigation. Hope that means it will get resolved.
