Still no resolution. Same story different day. Issue has been resolved.......nothing we can do but post on this forum.......
The EA Help advisors' hands are tied and they can't do anything other than tell us to post on the AHQ forums and that a moderator here will respond. Well, I've posted more times than I can recall and haven't had a single moderator respond to anything. I would greatly appreciate a response from a moderator to acknowledge that the issue is not resolved for all.
I don't understand why it is so difficult to simply grant the FREE card that we were all supposed to receive as paying gamers of this game. It's quite frustrating. It's not like I'm asking to be given something that I'm not supposed to have. I don't want anything extra, make rights, etc. I just want the card I should have so I can use all the upgrade tokens I earned on it.
Obligatory weekly bump - It's the principal of the issue now. Xavier Restrepo wouldn't have a spot on my roster anymore, but regardless - every CFB25 gamer should've gotten the card and didn't.
Imagine if Miami was your favorite team (not mine) and you didn't get Xavier - you'd be pretty mad.
EA - just give the free card to everyone - because - everyone was supposed to get it, and....IT IS FREE - It isn't that complicated. I know you think you fixed it for everyone, you didn't.
