NCAA 25 Ultimate team Squads crossplay

Hi the NCAA 25 community is having problems with playing CROSSPLAY in squads on NCAA 25 ultimate team. If you and your friend aren’t on the same system you cannot play on the same team in ultimate team. I have tried many of times to reach out and I get an automated email stating you guys have fixed it and we just tried again.

Is there any possible way I can get someone on the phone “AT EA” to express my frustration? Because this chat and also emailing isn’t doing any justice. 

I’ve been told we can’t play with our season 2 players in order for it to work but we have paid to much money for us not to be able to use our best players in order to have a teammate on another system.

    This issue has persisted for over a month, and despite many players reporting it, there has been no acknowledgment or update from EA on the status of a fix. Could you please provide an update on whether this issue is being worked on and when we can expect a resolution?

    The community would greatly appreciate more transparency and communication regarding this problem.

    Me too, im on xbox my boy on ps5, season 2 came out and * aint been right since, can only play of either of you dont have SEASON 2 STAMPED CARDS, Martin,Ekeler,Driskell,Lacy, all will lock you into loading screen. Currently lvl 50 just got Lacy a lvl 90 WR and cant play wit em!! FIX THIS!!!!!!!!

    Paid too much money for this game, EA this is why people hate your games. Very very unreliable and aggravating. Fix it or give us our money back please. Make the game good

    What is crazy that even now in season 3 I can’t use the 90 WR lacy or my 87 FB Driskill when I play cross platform squads

    Season 3 cards are not working either ! As of today10/24/24 can’t play squads with the homies. Honestly want a refund at this point it’s all I got the game for
