Need patch to select unlimited play calls from full playbook in RTG...

Question

Maybe make this something you earn? Or make it available for Seniors? Being forced into bad plays isn't fun and it'd be more fun to allow players to select their own plays and deal with the consequences with gameplay and coach trust mechanics?

Only solution I've found is to use playbook better suited for your position instead of school playbook and hope the script for it leans towards play calling you prefer. Maybe allow custom playbook selection so the scripting can be tuned for that player?

Also playing higher difficulty forces you to make precise throws that just get dropped over and over. This should be tuned back to allow some WRs to actually appear to have skills. Same thing happens in Madden. Throw too surgically and in tight spaces like Drew Brees and your constantly penalized with dropped balls and no attempt to secure the ball.

@AshtonRG I agree. That’s how the old college game was. We earned our right to be the play caller. I don’t know who they put in charge of this game, but you’d think they would have at least attempted to keep some of the stuff that we all loved from the old game. I guess not.

I don't mind the limit, after all I'm not the coach. However what I do mind is the same two plays ALL the time.&nbsp; They should change based on the original set and the game situation, like score, time left in half, down and distance, etc.&nbsp;

@AshtonRG I wonder if EA is going to ever release any statements, on fixes for the game. Cuz THEYRE THE ONES THAT SAID we get full access to the playbook. And I’m tired of not getting first downs on 3rd down conversions because my coach is a * and wants to run on 3rd and 7. This is getting tiring and very unfun.

@AshtonRG Come now! When you're a QB, you have the ability, a small number of times per game once you earn player trust, to choose between not one, but THREE handoff plays!

Who doesn't think that is fun?!?

"Congratulations Captain QB. You've earned my trust. A few times each game you can ask for some alternative playcalls when you're in the huddle and I'll let you choose between an inside and an outside handoff! This is intended to reward you for working your way up the depth chart and showing your reliability in big games."

So limited play calling i agree needs to be addressed. I'm sitting at over 30 thousand coach trust, overall 93 hb and still only three plays. When I force an audible it's literally only one running play repeatedly. Not to mention after a year when we won the national championship, I go the heisman, and had to immediately position battle my senior year with a guy so low on the depth chart he might as well been playing flag football the year before.....
