Not getting skill points/losing energy when declining NIL deals

PLEEEEEASE FIX RTG with the next update!! Not only are we not getting our skill points when we level up, but we are also losing energy points even when we decline NIL deals!! Like come on!! It's so hard to upgrade our players with all of the bugs in this mode. This mode is literally unplayable!! Nothing was done about it in the first two big updates along with the minor updates in between those. I hope you all take care of not only these issues in the next update, but so many others in RTG alone.
