Play calling in RTG is terrible
Who came up with the idea to give the QB almost no play calling power whatsoever? why can’t we at least flip the plays?! 99% of the time I have to call a pass play with all of the routes going ...

The limitation on play selections is terrible. My QB has been gunning for the single game passing yards record of 700 and something. Playing Boston College I had 690 yards early in the 3rd quarter. Not a single passing play was offered for the rest of the game despite me hitting change play every single time. EA always finds a way to suck the fun out of a gaming experience.
I have a work around: After a run play, hold Y or triangle and run hurry up offense. Select a passing play. Rinse and repeat until you hold every record.
- @MrNIRPL Yeah i get that, but you still get limited play selections, and if the other team, calls a time out your screwed, The play calling is trash, its not even football level play calls. The entire Sim logic in the game is busted, have you seen dynasty mode? Season 2 of dynasty and East tesxas is in the top 25 at 8-4, Ohio state and bama are getting beat by cupcakes all the time, and the top 25 ranking logic is jacked too. The game was not ready, but to many people are just happy we have a game......Sure we have a game, its broken and non functional as a football simulator likes its supposed to be, But we have it.......that logic doesnt fly.
Don’t worry, everyone. EA will post an update that addresses everything accept what we all complain about.
EA: “gameplay is messed up? Here’s some updated uniforms for these FCS teams”
