Player Upgrade System

The skill upgrades are way too easy in road to glory.  I spent three games as the backup and still generated enough skill points to fully upgrade every category of my skills.  So, I went from a 79 overall rating to 99 after just three games spent on the bench.  Zero play time and a 20 point increase in overall rating.  Upgrading skills in groups instead of being able to upgrade each individual skill is annoying as well.  My suggestion would be to fix the upgrade point system so you don't get so many points so easily AND change it so each individual skill can be upgraded instead of in groups.  If you switch to having each individual skill be upgraded at the sam
